ONE AND DONE FANTASY

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026  ·  Applies to: the One & Done Fantasy Football mobile application (the “App,” displayed on your device as “One & Done”)

One & Done Fantasy Football (“we,” “our,” “us”) is operated by SOCKS Development, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the App, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

The App is a free-to-play fantasy football game. There are no entry fees, purchases, or cash prizes, and we do not collect payment information.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide when you create an account:

  • Email address — used to sign in, recover your password, and send optional notifications.
  • Username — your display name in leagues.
  • Password — handled by our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication). We never see or store your password in readable form.
  • Date of birth — used to confirm you are at least 13 years old. We store your date of birth, not a separate “age.”

Information created as you use the App:

  • Leagues you create or join, your weekly rosters and player selections, and your scores and standings.
  • Your notification preferences and Terms-of-Service acceptance.

Technical information:

  • Server log information generated when the App contacts our services, retained to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App. Separately, if you have enabled sharing in your device settings, Apple may collect crash and performance data from your device and make it available to us in aggregate under Apple’s own privacy policy; we do not receive that data in a form that identifies you.
  • When you create an account or use the App, we and our service providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address and standard request information, together with limited server log information, to authenticate you, deliver notifications you have enabled, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
  • A secure sign-in token is stored locally on your device (in the device Keychain) to keep you logged in.
  • Device push token. If you enable push notifications, we collect the device push token (a random identifier assigned by Apple) and store it with your account so we can send notifications to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device’s Settings.

We do not collect your precise location, and we do not collect payment or financial information.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and operate your account and let you sign in;
  • Run leagues, drafts, scoring, and leaderboards;
  • Confirm you meet the minimum age requirement (13+);
  • Send you optional weekly reminders and recaps by email or notification (you can turn these off in Settings);
  • Send push notifications you have enabled, such as league announcements and game-mode availability;
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems; and
  • Improve the App.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers. We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to create accounts and store your profile and league data on our behalf. Their handling of data is governed by Google’s privacy terms.
  • Sports data providers. The App retrieves player statistics, projections, and news from third-party sports data providers. Because the App requests this data directly from your device, those providers receive your IP address and standard request information as a normal part of internet communications, but we do not send them your account information (such as your name, email address, date of birth, or league data).
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the Company.

Advertising. The App is free and is supported by advertising. Advertising is not enabled in the current release; no ads are served and we do not track you across apps or websites today. When advertising is enabled, ads will be served by third-party ad partners (for example, mobile ad networks), and those partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data through their SDKs to deliver and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share your name, email address, or date of birth with advertisers. We will not knowingly serve personalized advertising to users under 16; any advertising shown to those users will be contextual (non-personalized). Before advertising is enabled we will update our App Store privacy disclosures and, where required, ask your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can limit ad tracking through your device’s privacy settings (on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

4. Data storage and security

Your account and league data are stored using Google Firebase. Sign-in tokens are stored locally on your device. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which removes your sign-in credentials, profile, rosters, notification preferences, and device push token. We will delete or de-identify your account information from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted or restricted backups and are removed through our service providers’ ordinary backup-deletion cycles. Content shared with other league members — such as your username appearing in past league results — may remain visible to them or be retained in anonymized form. Residual copies may persist in routine backups for a limited period before being purged. You may also contact us to request deletion.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older and is not directed to children under 13. A person whose submitted date of birth indicates that they are under 13 may not create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Access/correction: You can view and update your profile information in the App.
  • Notifications: Turn reminders and recaps on or off in Settings; manage push notifications in your device’s Settings.
  • Deletion: Delete your account in Settings, or contact us.

You may change email and in-app notification preferences through the App’s Settings. You may disable push notifications at any time in your device’s iOS notification settings.

Our service providers may process personal information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law. We require service providers receiving personal information from us to maintain protections appropriate to the nature of that information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data (for example, to access or delete it). Contact us to exercise them.

8. California privacy disclosures

We collect the categories of information described in Section 1 and disclose them to the service providers described in Section 3 for the business purposes stated in this Policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The App does not currently track users across third-party apps or websites. Because there is no generally accepted Do Not Track standard applicable to the App’s present operation, the App does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. If our practices change or we begin recognizing additional privacy-preference signals, we will update this Policy and provide any controls required by applicable law.

9. International users

The App is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other locations where they maintain facilities, subject to applicable contractual and legal protections.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
