The short version. One and Done Fantasy is free to play. There are no entry fees, no purchases, and no cash prizes — so these contests are games of skill, not gambling. You must be at least 13. One account per person, and each NFL player can only be used once per season per league.
These are the same Terms you accept inside the App when you create your account.
1. Overview
One and Done Sports is operated by SOCKS Development, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Free to Play
One and Done Sports is a FREE-TO-PLAY fantasy game. There are no entry fees, no purchases, and no cash or other monetary prizes. You will never be asked to pay to create or join a league. The App is free to use and may be supported by advertising (see Section 9).
3. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 13 years of age
- Registering with accurate information
One account per person. We reserve the right to verify your age and to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Nature of Contests
One and Done Sports contests are games of skill played for entertainment only. Outcomes are determined by participant selections. Because no money or prizes are involved, the contests are not gambling.
5. Rules of Contest
- Each NFL player may only be used once per season per league (the “One and Done” rule).
- Weekly rosters lock when a player’s NFL game begins. Locked players cannot be swapped.
- Scoring is based on standard fantasy football point values as defined in the app.
- In the event of a scoring error, the Company’s determination is final.
- Multi-accounting is prohibited. One account per person.
6. Accounts & Prohibited Conduct
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Collude with other users
- Exploit bugs or errors for competitive advantage (report them instead)
- Provide false information, including a false age
- Harass other users or post unlawful content
7. Privacy
Your email address, date of birth, and account information are used to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Third-Party Data & Availability
Player statistics, projections, and news are provided by third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. The service is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Advertising
The App is free and may display advertising provided by third-party ad partners. These partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, and their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies. We aim to show age-appropriate advertising and do not share your name, email address, or date of birth with advertisers. Our advertising practices are described further in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE FREE SERVICE.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. The version and effective date of the current Terms are displayed in the app.
